I raise my eyebrows, shaking my head with a grin on my face. "No, but from the way you described them, I don't think I really want to." I reply, keeping a straight face. I look over at Shaan before glancing away, down the stacks. They ran at all sorts of odd angles so that the end of ours faced a shelf. They probably hadn't been changed because it would be too much work. I jump slightly as she suddenly plops herself down on my lap, a dark red blush creeping across my cheeks. "Uhm, no." I reply, my blue eyes slightly wide at her question. Where had this come from? Talking about colors and apologizing for stepping on feet then suddenly we're headed towards a game of Are You Nervous? Weird turn of events, but I could go with it.

She gave a small laugh as she shrugged a small bit. "Basically.. you just do things to make the other nervous and such..so.. Are you nervous?" She gave a small smile as she leaned slightly back into his lap, her feet touching the floor as she felt herself blushing a very faint bit. She hadnt ever been this close to people, never close enough to see how their eyes moved, to feel how soft their skin was or to smell how strange their skin was. She was usually a loner, most of the people that teased her would probably piss themselves in shock that was actually being social, talking without insulting and touching someone.

"I got that part." I say, pretending to have been offended by her basic explanation. To my dismay and embarassment, the blush stayed on my cheeks. "Uhm, no." I reply, shrugging my shoulders slightly. I could see a slight pink tinge on Shaan's face, which made me feel slightly better about myself. "Are you?" I snap back, raising my eyebrows. I knew I was being a shy loser, some braver guy would be feeling her up right now, but that just.. wasn't who I was, honestly. I reach a hand up to brush my bangs out of my face, glancing away from her gaze that I could tell was on me.

She gulped a small bit. Nervous wasnt the right word, shy would be better. She gently reached her hand up to his cheek. "Not at all..." She very gently leaned in closer to him, her lips very nearly touching his cheek or even lips, whatever she was closer to. She held herself so she wasnt yet there, but so very almost. "..What about now?" She looked him in the eyes, a bold smirk on her lips as she waited at see what he would do. He didnt strike her as the bold type so she figured she didnt need to worry about him getting ballsy and stepping up.[/center]

Her hand touches my cheek and a smirk appears on my face at her reply. Shaan leans in so that her face is mere inches from mine, where we could kiss. But, I don't take the bait. I didn't want to end up getting slapped or getting caught. Even as we were would probably get us a right up and lunch detention or something. Her eyes boldly meet mine and I shake my head. "No. Not nervous. Surprised, perhaps." I reply, a grin pulling up the corners of my mouth. I add in a shrug of my shoulders. I wanted to do something to surprise her, but in the end I decided against it. I didnt't want Shaan to think I was a pig or a pervert like most guys were. Instead I tuck a stray strand of her blonde hair ebhind her ear.

She raised an eyebrow as she very gently placed a hand on the side of his neck, not moving closer, actually moving back an inch or two, she had no idea of what she could do. She didnt really want him thinking she was a whore or something like that. she was simply trying to kill time. She very gently leaned in and placed a soft kiss on his cheek, very quickly and she pulled back. "Surprise that.." She said blushing from him touching her hair. It wasnt something people really did.

One of her hands move to the side of my neck and I don't really know what to do. I wasn't about to kiss her, or touch her, or anything. I didn't want Shaan to think I was that type of guy- because I wasn't. She finally leans in to place a kiss on my cheek before sitting back in her position on my lap. I glance away for a moment before rolling my blue eyes at her playfully. "That blush tells me you are surprised, dear lady." I say in a terrible fake british accent before chuckling at myself. I was hopeless with impersonations, or accents. Come to think of it, I sort of sucked at being myself, too. "you hair is pretty, though." I add cheerfully, a goofy smile coming over my face.

She gave a soft laugh as she shook her head a small bit. "That was a horrible british accent." She gave a small smile as she wrapped one of her arms around his shoulders, letting her other hand drop in her lap. She was getting a better grip on him. She closed her eyes as she rested her head on his shoulder, trying to be calm, trying to relax. "Oooh.. cats or dogs?" she spoke with a small laugh, then she heard his comment. Eyes still closed she actually blushed like a cherry. "T..Thanks"

I shrug my shoulders in response to her comment about how terrible my british accent was. I'd never said it was good. Shaan wraps one of her arms around my shoulders before leaning her head on my shoulder. I mentally wonder why this was happening, but decide not to ask. That'd seem weird and probably very disturbing. "Cats." I answer, chuckling softly. "You're welcome." I add brightly, smiling even though she probably couldn't see it. "Vans or Converse?" I finally ask. Lame question, but it was something that would keep the conversation going, or at elast for a little while longer. "I like Converse." I add, wriggling my feet as if to show her.
