I sat on the last desk in third row and smiled at all the guys, my skirt pulled up just a bit to expose a bit of my thigh. I giggled slightly as a few of the girls behind me cracked jokes with each other before I pulled down my T-shirt. Why did I have to be here? I didn't really enjoy school much. "Did you finish your homework, Era?" I hear one of the girls ask and I groan. An immediate response for forgetting was groaning. I pull my bag up to my lap, crossing my ankles. I pull out my history homework and groan as I glare at it for a while before putting it in my bag. Guess I was going to make up some excuse for it. Or just be blunt and say that I didn't do it. I shrug mentally and put my bag down before turning so that I'm sitting on the desk with my feet in the actual seat.

I stand outside the class room door for a couple minutes, watching the kids pass by. I wave politely to Ms. Bell, who had the room across room me. She beams at me and I mentally groan. Everyone knew she had a sort of infatuation with me, but, everyone also knew I didn't really date. Finally the bell rings and I step into my class room, shutting the door behind me. "Pass your homework to the front of your row, then down to Tyler." I state, leaning against my podium as my blue eyes rove over my students. "And, Sierra, sit normally." I add, hiding a smirk as some kids chuckled. I brush my light brown hair out of my face before starting over to Tyler's desk and taking the homework papers from him.

I watch as Mr. Sutton comes in and take the papers from the row beside me, passing them on so that they can get their way to Tyler. I look up as he tells me to sit in the seat normally and groan before falling into the seat, allowing my legs to rest on the desk in front of me. I lean back and prepare for another day of sleeping in class. It was better than having to listen to some boring lecture on Germany or something. I look over as a few of the girls fawn over Mr. Sutton and mentally shrug it off. Sure, he was cute but he was much older than any of us and it was illegal for him to have any relation with us.

I watch her plop back into her seet and tap the homework on my desk top before setting them in the bin. I walk hunch over in front of ym computer to set up the power point before grabbing my clicker and crossing the room to the lights. I flick them off, heading to the back of the room to sit on top of the desk, pushing the seat out with my feet to rest my boots on it. "Now. Who can tell me what MANIA stands for?" I ask, sitting back against the wall as I go to the slides that reads 'Causes of WWII'. I brush my hair out of my face again, running a hand over my beard as I waited for someone to raise their hand.

I take a moment to adjust as he turns off the lights and lay my head down, taking my notebook from my bag to make it look like I was taking notes. I look at the board and groan slightly before closing my eyes and holding my pencil in my hand so it seemed that I was writing. My eyes stay closed and I soon drift off to sleep, hoping that nothing would wake me up. I was too tired to move and history was boring.

I point to Kace as he raises his hand and he spits out 'Militarism, Assassination, Nationalism, Imperialism, and Alliances'. I nod and he grins and I go to the next slide with spelled it out. "Who wants to explain what Kace just told us?" I ask, looking around. My blue gaze lands on Sierra and something catches my eye. Her pencilw asn't moving, though it was pressed to the paper. Kids didn't usually take notes, but they tended to play with their pencil or just have it sitting on their desk, not in their hand. "Give the that eraser." I whisper to Hilary and Brittany, who both take them off the top of their pencils. I close an eye, sticking out my tongue as I aimed before flinging it. My shot was on, it bounced off the back of Sierra's head. I snicker and the room laughs but I hold a finger to my lips, tossing the second eraser, which hit her shoulder. "Give me that." I say to Robert, who hands me the large normal eraser from his desk. I chuckle before tossing it, where it hit her on the very top of her head and the whole room -including me- devolves into giggles.

I hear the kids snicker at each hit from the erasers and with no notice, I get up and walk out of the room, sitting on the floor far from the door. I almost wanted to shove myself inside of one of the lockers though they were too far away. I pull my legs to my chest and lean my head on them. I pull my jacket from around my waist and wrap it around me, just sitting down and paying no attention to anyone who walked by. Not like anyone would care; I did this often. My fingers wrap around my heart pendant on my necklace and I sigh, wishing that I could just leave school once again.

I roll my eyes as she gets up and walks out of the room. I didn't go off like most teachers would, instead just moving to the next slide. "Copy it down." I state, getting down from my spot on the table, picking up the erasers to hand them back before heading towards the door. I pull it behind me, though I don't close it- I usually locked it. I casually stroll over to where Sierra was sitting and squat down in front of her, huffing as I did so. "Can't take a joke?" I ask in my faint British accent. I'd grown up there, and my parents had moved to America when I was twelve, so I still retained some of it. "How about, we go back in, you stay awake, take notes, and get ready for exams? They're right around the corner." I continue, raising my eyebrows at her.

I hear Mr. Sutton come outside though I keep my head down. When he speaks, I ignore him, pushing him from me and walking to the door. "Whatever," I growl slightly before going inside and leaving the door open, plopping down in my desk and writing down what I needed. I knew what I had to about history and I could easily pass the exams without studying. I was smarter than I seemed. My head rests on the desk and I look at the board, hoping that someone could quickly just change it and make this class finish.

I don't reply or respond as she pushes me away, catching myself before I can fall backwards. I watch after her for a moment before shaking my head and getting to my feet. I walk back towards the door, changing the slide as I did so before going back to my desk and climbing up. "Who wants to tell me who assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand?" I ask, clicking to a slide with a picture of said Archduke. "And waht country was said Archduke from?" I add, crossing my arms over my chest, playing wtih my rings on my right hand. They'd given me the job as long as I promised to keep the rings on so that they covered the U in 'Fuck' that was tattoed across my right hand, my left hand reading 'this'.

I write down what comes up and ignore all the other answers, hoping that I could sleep later on. My eyes close and I doodle on the paper, hoping that it would fool him this time. I set my pencil down after a second and know that it was probably not a good idea. My eyes flutter open and I look up at the screen and wait for the screen to change again though I pay no attention to anyone else, writing down whatever the hell I needed at the time.

Tyler answers both my questions and I nod happily as he gets both right and I flip to the next slide, about Nationalism. "It was the strong feeling of pride in both Germany and Austria that drove them to war, and Austria never truly forgave the Serbians for the murder of the Archduke, even after they gave into all of Austria's demands." I say, running a hand through my dark honey colored hair. "Imperialism." I add, flipping to the next slide. "Should've wrote faster." I reply as Hilary huffs about not finishing, turning around to bat her eyelashes at me. I hada strict rule: I didn't fuck at work, either students or teachers, so both Hilary and Ms. Bell were out of luck.

I write down the next slide and run my hand through my gradient blue hair before looking at the purple part and smiling at it. It was about time to dye it again and I was glad about that. My phone vibrates in my pocket and I sigh, tossing it into my bag with no care in the world. It wasn't like I was going to text someone during class. Though, I did often. I pull out a small bag of Cheetos and pop a few into my mouth as I wait for the next slide rolling my eyes slightly. My arms wrap around my chest and I wait for for the last bit of the slides.

I catch Sierra tossing her phone into her bag but decide to leave it- it wasn't like she was texting, and she appeared to be taking notes. Hilary huffs when its obvious I wasn't paying attention to her and I flip to the next slide, stifling a yawn. I hadn't slept well last night, my dog Sam was sick and I'd been taking care of her, and that was the same reason I'd started biting my fingernails. I hated to leave her, but it wouldn't be appropriate to take a day or two off just to care for my dog. "Psssst. Sierra. Can I have a cheeto?" I whisper loudly, holding out my hand with a smirk on my face. She'd probably get annoyed with me again, but I really didn't give a fuck. And I was hungry.

I take the notes on this slide before looking over as Mr. Sutton asks for a cheeto and roll my eyes before taking a handful and zipping the bag closed to toss them to him. I pull out a Mello Yellow and take a sip before putting it back into my bag before looking out the window. The weather seemed nice today and I wouldn't be able to run around like I normally did on days like this. I soon remember that I packed a bag of Oreos and pull them out to snack on them as I wait for the bell.
