HISTORICALLY: Jordan and Zain lost their parents to nine eleven and were sent to live with an abusive uncle. He sexually assaulted them at any given chance, beat them, punished them. They never dared utter a word however, and Jordan would cowar in the closet on many nights, listening to Zain's angry cries and sobs, or tend to his brother when he injested to much to drink or too many narcotics. But while the attacks by their uncle turned Zain bitter and sex addicted, with a cruel sense of humor, the same attacks on Jordan left him intorverted and afraid of any sexual contact, any authoritive touch. The two got out as soon as they were old enough, and the abuse Zain had grown to learn, at least physically, was taken out on Jordan every time he was angry. Jordan of course, always took it without complaint.
Personality; Jordan is...complicated. He is completely hard headed and doesn't enjoy being told what to do. His history has made him who he is today, and he often comes off as cold and rude. Not many like to approach him unless he is in his element-caught up in the performance and smiling. Outside of a show performance however, Jordan can tend to get a little quiet. He's good company when one is by themselves with him, but sometimes he even avoids hanging out with his own band members. He has a secret pill and drinking problem, and can often be found sneaking off to the bus or a bathroom after shows. And then there's his bandanas. A signature style for him, they also often hide other things, bruises on his skin. Jordan, while agressive and easily angered, is sweet and shy deep down. And submissive. When he knows somebody has more power or authority over him, he's one to give up and grow obedient. Very few can get him to smile anymore, no matter his mood. And while him and Zain are brothers, they rarely get along past mild toleration of each other.
